The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking accessories, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, a George Foreman grill, a crock pot, and a large built-in microwave. There are 3 large flat screen TVs (ROKU included), a washer and dryer, 400mg high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a Windows 10 desktop computer, and DVD players.

Relax sitting on the outdoor screened-in deck overlooking a fabulous water view, or jump in the large, salt water swimming pool day or night. There is even an outdoor grill for your BBQ cooking if desired.

This awesome newly painted and landscaped home is literally just 5 minutes from the world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. The multitude of specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries, along with the scrumptious Greek restaurants (best Greek food this side of Greece), fresh seafood restaurants, and pastry shops, makes a visit to the 'Docks' a must. There are multiple festivals throughout the year in just a five mile radius, including a seafood festival, art festival, and of course, the world celebrated Greek Church Epiphany 'dive for the cross' celebration. Travelers come from around the world for this very special event...and you would only be less than 3 miles from all the festivities!

You are just minutes away from multiple beaches and parks, including Fred Howard Park Beach, ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SulvNYurrbY ) Sunset Beach, Anclote River Park, Anclote Key, Caladesi Island, Honeymoon Island State Park, and the world famous Clearwater Beach. Plenty of room

Aside from the bedrooms, 2 separate dining and TV areas to keep everyone comfy. Owner very responsive.

Great Spring Break Rental

The house was perfect for a family vacation. The layout is great and the pool was a lot of fun. The location was great as it was close to Tarpon Springs. Neal was very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. My only recommendations would be to replace the bed in the primary - it's very uncomfortable and noisy, and invest in lounge chairs for the pool. The chairs were OK, but most people like to lie in the sun and relax. Overall it was a great experience.

Symbolic World conference

There was more than enough room for our group, and it was a quick drive to the Tarpon Springs community center for the event. There were several nice touches to greet us (like the basket of mixed fruit) and The owner was very attentive to our needs.
