Embark on your relaxation journey at this beautiful waterfront home . Unwind and watch the sunset in the luxurious hot tub . The home has a relaxing, clean, contemporary decore, located in New Port Richey, FL. With 3 spacious bedroom you are able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

High speed internet is available throughout the property along with multiple Smart TV ready to link to your streaming service.

Fish on dock ,dock your bout or take a rented bout out to the island .Please inquire beforehand to gain access to the community ramp. Additionally the boat on the property is not for guest use.

Enjoy making meals in the kitchen or grill on the six burner grill available outside. The bar area is also equipped with a keg fridge.

Bicycles and Kayaks are available on the property to use at your own risk.

There are also two full body massage chairs and sauna.

Very clean - and I'm very particular about cleanliness. Everything was exactly as shown and described. The outdoor area was amazing. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen. Some friends that were staying nearby came over after a day of fishing and we cooked outdoors and everything was in perfect working order and there was lots of room for seating. Loved the huge outdoor TV at night. Hot tub was also wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home!

The home is very clean, comfortable and up to date. There are plenty of amenities to keep busy with or plenty of space to just relax. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and shaded outdoor area. Owner is very attentive and helpful

Great Backyard

We stayed in town to visit family and loved hanging at the end of the day in the backyard. So many amenities we didn't use but the house was clean and very well appointed.

Great Location & Clean

House was perfect for our mini vacation. Floating dock was great for the boat and house had everything we needed. I would recommend to my friends and family. Hopefully we can make it back next year.

This was the perfect spot for us and our friends. House was immaculate. No issues with anything. Our boat fit perfectly on the boat dock. We all enjoyed the outside area as much as the inside. We will for sure be back and definetely recommend.
