Beautiful home

The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but also close to downtown. We loved watching the wildlife right in our backyard. Diana made the check-in process very easy. No hassle at all. We will definitely rent this place again.

Excellent property perfect for a relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Rs. The location is ideal with a large number of restaurants and a choice of supermarkets within a 5 - 10 minute drive. The house is in a quite location with the only major noise coming from the variety of wildlife that visit the lake. The house was comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation. As previously mentioned in another review, the only slight negative was that the hot tub did have a strong chemical smell but we did eventually get used to it and it was a good way to soothe tired legs after a days walking. During our stay we did visit the beach at Clearwater and also spent a couple of hours renting Kayaks at the Werner-Boyce Salt Springs state park which is only a 5 minute drive away (Traffic lights permitting).
A regular visitor who we called Larry (Limkin)
If Larry wasn't in the tree then the White Ibis could be seen there.

Relaxing with a few issues

We booked this place in the hopes to have a relaxing family vacation. We looked forward to enjoying the beautiful view while in the pool. Sadly the pool had too many maintenance issues during our stay. Our amazing host Diana was very responsive and attempted to correct the situation. She was an absolute great host. Also, the garage was not usable and felt this should have been mentioned in the description. For these reasons we gave it 3 out of 5 stars.

Nice house, but....

The home and location by the lake was wonderful. A few minor items (broken door handle, rattling ac vent, light fixture hanging down from ceiling, animal droppings in kitchen) were discussed and some dealt with quickly. One item, the reason we picked this home, is the swimming pool. It was not usable during our stay. It was cloudy with algae. The pool man did come when asked, but the real issue was the pool's pumping system. We spent parts of four days trying to slowly sweep the algae to the bottom drain that has a very poor draw. And the owners didn't seem too worried about anything.

Started off exciting. On lake not coastal. Inquired about pool heater to owners daughter, was told she'd take care of it and didn't see her again. Guest Manual claimed water at 85, it was locked in at 76. Picked this home for location, hot tub and pool. Very disappointing we couldn't use. Beautiful home but in need of few maintenance issues and pest control.

Everything was so clean and the house was really nice. I have stayed at many houses and this was the top of my list Pool and hot tub were great. Host was easy to get in contact with and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Great house but.....

House is great, clean, comfortable and location great. Diana, the property manager, always responds and friendly. We rented the house because it advertisedd a heated pool which is very important to us. The owner has control over the pool, not the manager. Pool was cold and it took the owner 13 days to finally get the temperature to the point where we were not covered in goosebumps when swimming. I don't need bathtub temperatures but the pool temperature was far from comfortable and no one made any attempt to correct the situation quickly. Our experience was very frustrating and spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time here! Diana was exceptional. She was always available and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the lake was beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!

Great host, shame about the property

We arrived and found the villa clean and welcoming. Diana the host was on hand as soon as we landed for the entry code. The place was dated and in need of an upgrade. The pool area is beautiful and pool is heated to a good temperature. Hot tub seemed to have lots of chemicals in that stung our eyes and throat so we didn’t spend any time in there. The kitchen is very outdated and needs to be updated and the host told us this is going to happen next month. On our first morning we discovered a cockroach in the lounge and thought nothing of it and threw it out, the following morning we saw another and told the host who assured us the larger ones are nothing to worry about so again we threw it out. The kitchen is where we had most of our problems. The utensils are all very old and in need of replacing, some of the knives are blunt and the cooking tools are marked and well used. Upon opening one of the cupboards to get a baking sheet and chopping board I noticed a small cockroach scurrying around, upon closer inspection there was lots of damp and holes where there is obviously a roach problem. We called the host who came round the following morning and saw the state of the cupboard and we moved out. When I stripped the beds I noticed the staining on the pillows, these also need replacing and although comfortable memory foam pillows they are yellow with stains and quite disgusting. The villa is in a nice quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. Nothing is in walking distance.

Very Relaxing

The house was very clean. The check-in process was extremely smooth. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the ducks and birds every morning while drinking our morning coffee. The pool was very nice. We would definitely stay here again

The view from the back patio is worth the stay ALONE!

We loved this house! It was in a super quiet subdivision, had a phenomenal view from the back porch, private pool and having a whole house to yourselves is the way to vacation! Will stay again and hope you do too! The hostess was great to communicate with, HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will again.

The 3 R’s For Sure

Right from the start we knew we would enjoy this property. Looking at the pictures and then seeing that they were exactly as shown was great. We spent days there just relaxing and enjoying the views and sun. Waking up to sunrises every day just starts your day the right way. The best compliment I can give is that we want to come back at some time. Diana corresponded at the right time before our stay and then we felt very comfortable communicating while there although we never had to. Just a thank you message when leaving.
