Everything was beautiful and the condo was perfect for us. We got to watch the dolphins swim everyday and even saw a manatee! Check out was easy on items to complete and GREAT location of condo.

Golden Anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary. Our children and grandchildren came to help us celebrate. The condo was very spacious and we has a great time together at the pool, watching movies on TV, and just playing games around the table. We will come back in the future.

Overall worth the money we paid. Good size condo. Pretty much as advertised. Nice seeing dolphins in the bay one morning. Could easily provide a few more amenities to increase satisfaction. The whole property overall could be cleaner.

The place was very lovely, just as pictured. So much space for our family. Condo was very clean. Easy to find, explanation of how to use codes and such were laid out clearly. Walking distance to the beach, shops, mini marts, food and even boat tours was so nice. I highly recommend these condos. We even saw dolphins in the bay one morning!

Great family vacation

The couch in living room needs to be replaced. You can not sit in center without sinking about 12”. The queen beds need new mattresses. The location is perfect, the complex is great. Dolphins are right outside daily.

hit by 2 hurricanes

The condo is as described. its clean and well maintained and has everything required for a relaxing stay. There are a couple of things that could be better and that is a change of bedding for the main bed, and the washing machine requires to be made level as it moves about so much that it switches off during a wash cycle. The only other thing is the pool loungers require covers in order to be used properly. Unfortunately we stayed at the condo during hurricane Helene and were without power for 4 nights, and then Hurricane Milton arrived and we left 2 days early when evacuation was advised, all in all not a vacation to remember. I hope the condo survived unscathed.

Dog Urine, small toilet s

We had two problems the home smelled of bleach and Dog Urine that’s a dad combo I lit. Candles to soak up the smell while we stay there., and the toilets where to small they where for little people and the seats are old and need to be replaced they worked fine.

Never again

Upon arrival We noticed how nasty the couch, love seat, and recliner were. They were stained. You couldn’t sit on the love seat without itching all over. My son, husband, and myself are covered in bites. Our comforters in our quest room smelled horrible along with quest pillows. Our shower curtain liner was tied up in knots, panty liners were left on the dresser and drawers in quest bedroom. My sheets had blood on them. The quest shower was stopped up and would not drain. The balcony was filthy, chairs broken down, table busted. Didn’t even leave enough towels or wash clothes for quest. I have pictures sent them they have not even offered to reimburse us for any of our trouble. I reported this to them upon arrival via email. They sent a maid to change our sheets and shower curtain. I think the health dept. needs to be notified or better business bureau. This is nasty and the owner should take responsibility for it. Even the dishes were nasty.

Great location. Nice place. I found it odd for a place on the water to not supply beach towels. They also didn’t have enough chairs (or good beach chairs in general) for as many guests as they allow. The sliding door handle was makeshift when we got there, broke off when we used it and was repaired late into our stay.

This is such a beautiful condo in the perfect location. My daughter ended up with a stomach bug the morning that we were going to fly out, and they extended our stay by an hour so she could rest. I was very appreciative of that. I will say, if you are flying in from out of town and arrive early, you won't have an enjoyable first day. They have a 4:00pm check-in and won't deviate from that. We arrived around noon. Took our bags up outside of our condo, and asked if we could drop bags early, just so we could change and go to the beach. But their hardline stance is 4:00. We met three or four other families that day that were allowed to check-in early as they were done cleaning their condo. Our condo was clean (nobody went in our out the entire 4 hours we sat there) but we had to sit there until 4:00. Again, I understand rules and sticking to them. I would just say if you are arriving a few hours early, maybe look at a rental company other than Pinellas. Outside of that, we had zero complaints.

Another Great Vacation in Clearwater

This is our 3rd vacation in Clearwater and everything was great! The weather, the surroundings, and the place we stayed. This was our 2nd stay at this location and the unit was spotless and spacious. The beach and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. Everyone is already bugging me to book our next stay at this location. Thanks to everyone involved in making this such an enjoyable trip.

Beautiful sunrise

The place was very nice. It was a convenient location. It was close to the beach and dining. The view in the morning was spectacular. We didn't like that we couldnt turn the AC down past 70. So it was a little warm for us to sleep. The beds were hard with flat pillows. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet which made us feel like everything had to be washed before we could use it. But all in all we enjoyed the place and would probably book it again if we found ourselves going to clearwater again.

Pretty place but no sun!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo complex. The place is perfect with great view of the marina, but there is no sun on the deck. Only very early in the morning and then late afternoon on one side of the pool. Besides that, there is no place to sit in the sun at this complex.
