Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of sun and a mild temperate climate. It is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s west coast.

This recently built condo is huge (over 1856 s.f.) and is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande.

Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. The dolphins are optional but we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!
Also, you will find high-speed wi-fi internet connections throughout the condo.
No Car Needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dining, Pharmacy, Drug Store, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Minigolf, Resorts, Spas, Restaurants, Real Estates offices, etc.
I live in a house 1/2 a mile from this property and I have lived in Milan Italy, Livorno Tuscany, Toronto, Chicago, Montecarlo Principality of Monaco, Salem Indiana,
High Point N.C. and Clearwater Beach.
This beautiful city has been my home for over 30 years. I love it here and I feel blessed every day.
I also own 'Cesare At The Beach', an outstanding Italian restaurant, just 1 block south of the condo.

The condo was large, clean, and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed spending evening out there. It was a short super easy walk to the beach. The only minor inconvenience was there was no hand soap and we ran out of toilet paper. But overall would recommend and stay again!!

Everything was great. The only issues we had were they put the wrong pass code for the gate entry. We, also, needed some kleenex and we found the towels in the dryer. The main shower was great and the condo was huge. Great location, walking distance to everything. Thanks Carlo

The condo was spacious and clean. The master bed is very hard to lay on Not good if you have back or hip pain. The other mattresses were great. Carlos was great, friendly and was available. I would definable stay again.

Lovely Location

Location is lovely, in the heart of Clearwater beach. Carlo was very responsive. Everything was as expected based on the online information. Lots of areas to walk both on and off the beach. Only downside in the apartment is that it is a bit dark and the condo complex does not have a BBQ grill.

Great location, awesome owner

The location of this condo couldn't be better for our needs. We could walk across the street to 2 of the many waterfront restaurants located within walking distance. The beach and the marina are a very short stroll from the condo. The pool was very warm and also had a jacuzzi. Even though we had cool weather, the pool was always enjoyable. The gated onsite parking with two parking passes was great when some of our family visited. There are two side by side elevators that we rarely waited more than 15 seconds for. The billiards room was a useful bonus when our grandson arrived. The owner, Carlo, was very accommodating. He stopped by the first day and when he realized the cable in the living room wasn't working due to a bad cable box, he immediately called the cable company and arranged to pick up the box the next morning. That box was DOA so he repeated the same process the next morning. When my wife told him she had concerns about the bed due to previous comments, but it wasn't a big deal, Carlo suggested we try it out and if we thought it was an issue he would replace it. When he arrived with the new cable box the next day, he asked how we slept. When he got the answer of "ok" he decided to replace it with a new box spring and mattress! The new mattress arrived and was promptly replaced and the old hauled away within 15 minutes of arrival. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating owner.

The condo was perfect our family of 6. More than enough room, beds and bathrooms! Kitchen has everything you could need, the view from the balcony is amazing(tons of dolphins) and it’s a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely need to use a wagon for all your beach equipment. There was one left by previous visitors and we added to it by leaving beach toys! Also it’s right across the street from a market for anything needed! Great trip, great location - highly recommend!
