Casa di Bella Vista, House of the Beautiful View, is a fully equipped condo that sleeps six in comfortable beds with additional sleeping space on a new roll out sofa in the living room. Living has beautiful Natuzzi leather furnishing and a large screen TV. Two full bathrooms. Double sinks in the master bath with a large soaking tub with light therapy. The second bath has a large shower with light therapy. The gourmet kitchen provides all the suitable tools to dine in. The full length deck gives you an unforgettable view of sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo was very clean! Only thing I was not sure of was check out process and if anything needed to be done by us prior to leaving but overall we were very pleased with all of it! We met a few neighbors and they were all very nice as well.

Excellent property very well appointed with amazing views of the gulf. Some minor faults in the interior, 3 out of 4 light shades were missing from the main bathroom vanity mirror, air conditioning didn’t work in the 2nd bedroom otherwise a stunning condo. The hosts communication was poor, we did not receive any check in details and had to ask VRBO to contact the host directly as they didn’t respond to us. Once inside we had an amazing time and would love to stay in this area again next year

Edward has a beautiful place with the best 5th floor view. We had everything we needed for a long weekend, and many extras….beach towels, beach chairs, water toys, coffee pods (though we bought our own). The kitchen was very well equipped, and we immediately felt at home. We were in town for a family wedding, and could see the tent on the beach from the balcony. The condo is in a great location on North Clearwater Beach, and was close to both the venue on Eldorado Ave, and the welcome reception at the Courtyard Marriott. The beach was lovely, the pool was clean and we had some delicious grouper at Frenchy’s Rockaway Grille. Parking was also a breeze with the assigned space and parking pass. I can’t think of a thing to critique! We will be back when back in the Clearwater area!

Upon checking out, my wife and I said to each other, “We can not wait to re-book this place in the future!”Perfect spot for venturing out. We were in town for a concert at the nearby (10 minute uber ride) Baycare Sound. Beach was clean and waking up to the sight of the gulf was relaxing! Only downside of having your cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony was the downstairs tenant smoking cigarettes. The unit was clean and came with everything you need to vacation. Easy walk from condo into town. Will definitely be back again.

A great beachfront rental property! The view of the beach was spectacular as were the sunsets. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a storage cabinet on the first floor with beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was quick walk to get down to the water. There was a hose to wash off the sand before you went up to your room. The reserved parking was great.Will stay here again on our next Clearwater Beach trip.

Great location north of the busy hotel area

This property is in a great location. It’s north of the pier and the really busy beach by the hotels. Our beach area was much more quiet. It’s still just a few minute walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean, great view, and plenty of beach gear in the storage area.

We stayed her for a mom's get away. We spent time in the pool (inbetween between two buildings which helped with shade when we wanted it). The walk to the shore was short. We did rent a car, but everything is within walkable distance. The availability of pool floats and beach chairs was great! The unit was clean and had all we needed. We would stay again.
