We are excited to offer this 2 bedroom beach front condominium accommodating 6 guests total.

The condo boasts natural wood throughout in addition to leather furnishings with warm earthy colors that makes this a welcoming and relaxing space.
Primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and second bedroom has 2 Full beds – accommodating a total of 6 guests. Each bedroom has flat screen TVs.

This vacation property features 1350 sq ft.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dining area seats 4 guests and the living area has leather furnishing and views of the Gulf.

A popular amenity among guests is the gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, the salty sea air and a sunrise you won’t forget.

This beautiful condo is perfectly situated on Clearwater Beach and it offers breathtaking ocean views for the ultimate in a family vacation, a gathering of friends or a celebration of any kind.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting in this building. Both places well located, very clean , great views and overall nice place to stay. The only complaint for both this unit and the previous one we rented is that there is no air conditioning vent in the second bedroom and while the rest of the unit is very comfortable the smaller bedroom is stuffy and difficult to sleep in .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa A-12 was in the perfect location as we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The view of the beach was perfect and the unit was very well equipped. The one hiccough was that the floors neede d cleaning.

Great beachfront location

Steps away from the beach nicely in the middle of town, but not in the very busy area where it's loud. Nice and quiet, able to watch the sunset from the deck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you to Beach time rental and to Mona for being so attentive with two small issues. She was always there to pick up the phone call. The rental was great, clean and had most all amenities with beautiful view being right on the beach. One complaint, but not major is that the ice maker does not work. The week we were down there was very cold and we needed blankets which they did not have. Beach time rentals immediately had new blankets within a few hours for us to keep us warm at night. One suggestion is to tell the rental owners to clean the drier vent attachment to the wall. It will eventually cause a fire if not cleaned.
