Welcome to A12 Villas of Clearwater Beach, a beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental offered by Beach Time Rentals. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides approximately 1,350 square feet of comfortable living space, breathtaking water views and accommodations for up to six guests.

It was so easy to book with the host company! The property was great! So close to the beach - and the pool is great too! Washer and dryer in-unit was a life saver. And the beach gear provided was a nice bonus! Best part…the ocean view sunsets!

Family Spring Break

Clean property, well stocked, great ocean view. Far enough away from the busy crowds but close enough to them when you wanted something to do. The pool was a great addition as well. This was our 2nd stay in the building and we will be back.

Great Beach Condo

Beach Time Rentals in Clearwater Beach, FL was an excellent choice for our family of four. There condo had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is spectacular from the master bedroom, and from the living room. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach was just few steps away. The host provided the needed information that made out trip enjoyable.
