Spacious condo with all necessary amenities. Very pleased with all the towels, including beach towels. Only two beach chairs so we did purchase a few more since there was 5 of us, but appreciated that there was also a beach umbrella. Just a note that the t.v. was a bit complicated, we figured it out, but some instructions could be helpful for some. We had a great stay, would definitely come back again!

Wow!

We had an amazing time in 208 these past three weeks!!! From check in to check out everything was wonderful:) We had a couple small issues and itrip staff were more than accommodating. The condo is bright and airy and open and very clean! Quite a lovely place! We have booked again for next year:) I highly recommend booking with itrip!!!!! We found them to be very friendly and helpful! The 5 star rating is very much deserved!!!!!!!!

A wonderful little beachside stay! The condo and view is great and loved that (at least while we were visiting) the beach right out front was relatively not busy compared to areas just a little further up or down the beach. The only downside we found was that the elevator was a bit tricky to get the code working each time and was VERY hot and stuffy, but ultimately not a big deal. We’ve definitely got this place saved for a future stay!

Excellent location, spacious condo

We loved being right on beautiful Madeira Beach! The location was excellent. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for me and my 5 kids. The only thing wrong was a broken screen door and only 4 beach towels were provided for 6 people. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Great views of the beach and ocean in this end unit. Dual balconies allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to restaurants and shops at John's Pass. The itrip team was responsive and helpful to our questions. The unit was comfortable and well supplied. We will be back!

Great stay!

The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciate the bath and kitchen amenities, beach towels and the beach chairs. We are a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. Check in and check out was easy and the u it was clean. If it’s helpful to others, the building is about a 15 min walk to John’s Pass, which is a great place for restaurants and shops. The only downside to our stay was that the washroom by the pool was out of service but with the unit being in the 2nd floor it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Nice place to stay right on the beach. Unfortunately the outside is still under construction due to the hurricanes. The pool and hot tub are almost complete and will be good as new soon.The bathrooms are really nice. Beds were comfy. The only thing I really missed was not having a washer and dryer in the unit. There are places to do laundry but you have to pay for it and it is on a different floor.

The beach view is absolutely incredible. The pictures of the listing are accurate, and the managing company is great to work with. I would definitely rent through them again. Our unit was not as clean as it could have been but we reported the issue to the managing company, and I felt their response to the issues were prompt and reasonable. The master has a private balcony that does not face the ocean but does have a water view (albeit with a 7-Eleven in the foreground lol). The balcony facing the ocean is off the living room - we ate dinner and lunch on the balcony most days and I 10/10 recommend that. The pool was great and the property (Sea Breeze) is very well maintained. We talked to multiple other guests who had been coming to that specific building for years. It was a very family friendly environment. Beach access is great and super easy. I will say there is a code for the pool, beach, elevator and your room… so that was fairly entertaining to attempt to keep up with, but we finally got them all memorized.
