LOVED IT! This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The balcony view was our favorite part. My husband was able to fish off the pier and we even saw a manatee on our last day. The beach is very close (about 3 blocks) and restaurants/shops are a short walk (12-20 minutes). Our kids (ages 16,15 and 12) enjoyed the pool during our downtime. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and umbrella which was a lifesaver! We found the pull out bed to be a bit tricky, but the host responded very quickly with a video tutorial. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and on the less busy side of Clearwater. We saw Dolphins off the balcony which was really cool. The place was spotless and very cute. The host had a beach cart/umbrella and chairs, which was AMAZING. The only thing that would have been nice was the basics in the kitchen, like salt and pepper; we didn't realize there was no oil or seasonings until we were making breakfast. Not a huge deal, but always nice when places have those. Overall, I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The location is perfect. Very quiet little neighborhood, delightful balcony & only 2 blocks from the beach. Also easy to walk to the middle of the town & not have to worry about parking.The entire apartment is in keeping with the mid century modern style. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were attentive and stocked the apt. with a starter of supplies. It was nice to come back and relax inside or on the balcony. It's only a couple of blocks to the ocean and on the quieter side of the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here as it is very nice inside and safe to walk at any time of the day or night. If you have the time and like walking, this property is next to really nice neighborhoods. Publix is across the bay from the property. We saw a dolphin come through our bay every day. It is right next to a jet ski rental place as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. The balcony is very large, a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The view of the bay was lovely. There is a small jet ski tour company next door which is a fun way to spend the morning.
