We absolutely loved our time here! Top things to note: excellent communication with host, very clean, safe community, lots of perks (beach supplies, towels, beach chairs, wagon, etc), comfortable beds, and great location are just the many reasons why we’d come back! The kitchen was well stocked, we just weren’t there during the day much to even cook, but we’d enjoy it if we were there more! The pool is great too. We’ve stayed in many places and always do our research… you will be happy you selected this place. (Traveled with our 2 teenagers.)

We came into town for a wedding in Dunedin and stayed in this wonderful property in Clearwater. We were so impressed with the upkeep of the unit, the attentiveness of the hosts Lou & Dawn, and the amenities available. The pool was divine, and despite having to fly in, the hosts had provided enough beach accouterment to roll up to honeymoon island with two kids and four adults and have a blast. The neighbors were so friendly, there were plenty of places nearby to eat and the best part was the condo; the kids wanted to move in by the end of the weekend. We would definitely rent again!

It’s great to know the upkeep, amenities, and beach gear made your trip easy—even with a full group flying in. We’re also glad you enjoyed the friendly neighbors, nearby dining options, and of course the pool. Hearing that the kids wanted to move in by the end of the weekend absolutely made our day. We’d love to welcome you all back anytime for another relaxing Clearwater getaway!
