Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. With convenient free parking right outside the door, extremely quiet facing the interior garden this rental is set up for a recharging vacation!

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

The condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Master bedroom with a flat screen TV and a king size bed, has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom includes a third pull-up twin bed to be used when needed. In the living room a queen pullout sofa (with a new memory foam mattress) easily accommodates 2 persons - this feature makes the condo extremely comfortable for a large family.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable, and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils.

In unit laundry room includes a new Samsung full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Must be over 25 to book rental. No smoking, no pets please.

Clearwater Vacation

Enjoyed our stay in the Clearwater area. This property is ideally located for quick trips to the beaches, local attractions, shopping, etc. The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and has all the equipment required for a relaxing stay. Especially enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the morning.

Cute Convenient Condo

The condo was easy to find, cute and very clean. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. The short term rental application was a bit tedious and seems excessive for a one night stay.

So easy to check in and out, very clean and has everything you would need to stay while on vacation. They are nice, friendly, great people to work with. If your looking for a rental for your vacation I would recommend this one. We will be using it again.

Perfect Get-Away

Everything went perfectly, from the time we booked the VRBO until we left the property. Great communication, super easy entry into the property, very well equipped and clean condo, and a nice pool area. The hosts checked on us to make sure everything was going as planned. Overall, a perfect stay while in Clearwater.

Long weekend to Clearwater

We had a great visit. The condo was clean and ready for us when we got there, even with an early check in. The management was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Everything was super easy and smooth. The location is an easy drive to the beach and other towns with many dining options.

All of our expectations were exceeded. Very clean property which meant everything to us. The decor made us feel like the property was a continual meld of the scenery from clearwater Beach. What a great place and great hosts!

My family stayed here at the end of August. The check in process was so smooth as the code was already programmed in the lock. This made it very easy because we arrived very late. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for vacation. We especially liked having beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to use. Communication was great with the hosts. We had a very minor issue that I let the hosts know about on the last day(issue with cable box) but they were extremely responsive/ I would 100% stay here again with my family. Thank you!!

Fabulous!!!

Stayed here for 12 days with friends, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Even before arrival, Gabriel and Alina were responsive and helpful from the first time I inquired about the property. It's everything it appears to be - great location, safe, convenient, and newly renovated. Plenty of room for our 2 families. Great cozy balcony that's perfect for a cup of morning coffee, or a cocktail to end the day. The community is quiet, clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Minutes from the beach, across the street from the grocery store (closes at 9 PM!), convenient to dining and shopping. We ate out and cooked in - kitchen is well appointed and everything works great. The best compliment I can share is that on the last day, the one kid with us - 12 years old - walked in after dinner and said "this place really does feel like home!" Can't give it any better compliment than that!!

Great experience

Host was very communicative in a proactive way making for a seamless lead up, check in, check out, and stay. Beach equipment was nice added bonus for the kids. The condo was decorated super cute, clean, and well stocked. Overall a very nice stay would stay again.

Summer Birthdays Girls Trip

This property was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured, very clean, and has everything you might need in the fully equipped kitchen. For a day at the beach, there’s a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. Having all of these beach necessities to use was much appreciated! The hosts communication was fantastic, Details were provided ahead of time and the hosts checked in while we were there to make sure all was well. They were very responsive the couple times we reached out during our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer, vacation was over too fast! .
