Everything about this was fabulous. The location is very close to the beach, Publix, and restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive and had everything detailed out so there were no surprises. The rental comes with beach equipment, beach towels, beach toys...all of which we used. The bed was SOOO comfortable. 10/10 would rent again if visiting Florida.

Very very clean, had everything we needed and then some. I was very pleased with all the things that were there that we could use for the beach. We loved the pool and were there every day.

The condo was what we expected aside from the gym being closed which was a bummer and the bathroom water pressure was pretty slow, but other than that perfect place to stay close to all the beaches and the pool was nice! Host were quick to respond and helpful :)

Everything was clean and organized, smelled amazing and a very comfortable bed! Came with teas and coffee that were so good we're going to buy them once we get home! Great customer service since we decided last minute to stay an extra day and overall an amazing place to stay!

We had an enjoyable time. The room was very clean and it was nice to use the beach equipment. The kitchen garbage could be bigger and washcloths for the bathroom would be good. I think they were all towels and hand towels.

Family Getaway

We were impressed by the property and it was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and going to spring training games. We enjoyed the resort, especially the pool.

The apartment is well maintained and organized to make you feel like being at home. The kitchen has all essential items for cooking and even baking dishes. The laundry room has the large capacity Samsung washer & drier machines as well as a laundry detergent. Overall, it was a great pleasure to stay there, and again thank you so much Marie & Mark for your hospitality & clarification regarding the check in process.

Marie and Mark were very accommodating and always had a quick response. We walked in and the condo smelled clean and looked very nice! The couch was comfy and the bed even more! My daughter and I stayed here for the week and it was the perfect fit for us! We will definitely stay there again!

The Avalon

The most lace is beautiful and perfect for a couple get away, Clearwater beach is just 15 minutes away and in a perfect location, we really enjoy the ondo, clean and spacious.
