• Kitchen with many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.
• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.
• Screened, furnished patio, a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.
• For guests traveling with kids a pullout sofa bed in the living room is a great option.
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs.

Loved this condo! Everything was very clean, and really loved the screened in deck (no bugs.). The pool was also a nice addition. This was centrally located to everywhere you’d want to go near the Clearwater area. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Great condo in a great complex

Very nice, spacious condo in a great area. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. Short drive to the beaches, in a safe area with lots of restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

MUCH NEEDED VACATION

This is our third stay at Avalon, first with Margaret, it was just as nice as the first time. It's gated which gives you a sense of security, quiet and close to everything.

Nice & quiet

Nice condo development. It is older, but well maintained. Pool was fantastic! The condo itself was nice. It was well stocked with towels, linens, beach towels and cleaning supplies. Was hoping we could walk to different stores/restaurants from there, but that’s not ideal with its location. It is a gated community, which was nice. The owners were very nice to work with & responded quickly to emails.

January stay at Avalon

Very much enjoyed staying at this property. The Condo was a very luxurious 1 Bedroom and the location in Clearwater was excellent. It was very convenient to hop on Route 60 and go into Tampa to visit our daughter who lives and works there. We loved the walk-in closet, and the Condo was very clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again. It was a really good value for the price. The pool area was very nice but it was often crowded down there so to get a spot on a lounge I would recommend getting there early. Our property Manager Margaret was a great communicator and very thorough and helped us get in late at night after a long drive. Overall I would rate this as a 5 Star experience.
