Loved this condo! Everything was very clean, and really loved the screened in deck (no bugs.). The pool was also a nice addition. This was centrally located to everywhere you’d want to go near the Clearwater area. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Very nice, spacious condo in a great area. Fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. Short drive to the beaches, in a safe area with lots of restaurants and grocery store all within walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

Our experience at the Avalon with Margaret was amazing. The place was immaculate, everything is very clean and well organized. The place is super easy to access and it’s gated which gives you security comfort for your car. The kitchen was fully equipped with literally everything you can think of and that is definitely a plus since we did cook a meal a day at home. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, very nice and firm. We loved our stay here and if we come back to clearwater we will be staying there again.

Overall very nice. Very clean and everything is as advertised. very close to beaches and shops and many restaurants. Well stocked. Very comfortable bed. TV's worked great. Kitchen well stock. Property manager very attentive and easy to reach through message system. 5 stars all the way. Would definitely stay there again.
