The property is located in Seminole on the Intracostal waterway surround by florida mangroves. This little gem is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage, complete with a living room, full kitchen, and dining area and additional back patio with short white pickett fenced in area that's perfect if bringing a pet. Located less than 5 minutes from Indian Shores Beach. Its a quick car or bike ride or makes for a great morning jog over the bridge for a walk on the beach. Plenty of shopping and amenties just 2.3 miles away at Seminole City Center Entertainment district. Winn Dixie Grocery and CVS less than one mile for convient essentials.
