About this property

Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Koconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2018, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. And if you're here on business, enjoy superfast wifi at over 200mb/sec at no additional charge. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. We also have laundry onsite, a new gas grill, and a screened in porch for evening gatherings. All 3 are shared. Pets allowed but backyard isn't completely fenced. There is a nice place to walk them a half block to the east. Newly installed ChargePoint Level 2 50 amp EV charger.

Spring Break

It was a real pleasure to relax at Indian Rocks beach. The beach is a short walk away. Spring training baseball action was also a short drive away. The cottage had everything we needed!

Amazing comfort

I can’t say enough good things about the place and host. The house came with more than just essentials which made setting up a breeze. We had 2 adults and 4 kids - and still plenty of room. The queen mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I highly recommend!
