The home has been equipped with everything guests will need to make their stay extra comfortable and enjoyable, including beach umbrella, beach chairs, wagon and his & her beach cruiser bikes.
The living area is clean and spacious with a brand new outdoor deck for resting and relaxing. Centrally located in the best part of Pinellas County, you will soon discover why the region is referred to as the Sun Coast! An easy 30 minute commute to Tampa International Airport, this fabulous beach property is non-smoking.
The kitchen is fully equipped including choice of two coffee makers, (Keurig & traditional Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, can opener, etc.
