Cozy beach house close to all amenities. 3 minutes walk from a beautiful white sandy beach. You’ll love the location, the coziness, and the amenities. The house is fully furnished with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Premier Cable, Internet High Speed. A kitchen well equipped. One room features a desk with a laser printer. Large private fenced backyard. Our place is good for families (with kids).

I am an IT consultant specialized on Information Management systems and my wife is an esthetician specialized on skin care and relaxation. We have a 8 years old boy that is the light of our life. We enjoy traveling. We have been Europe, South and Central America and we really enjoy every single time we visit Florida. We spend our free time with friends and family.
Why they chose this property
We have a friend with a property in the same area, and since the very first time we visit Indian Rocks Beach we felt in paradise. We decided to buy a property walking distance from the beautiful white sandy beach and every time we stay in the house we wish we can stay there longer. Our son really love playing in the water.
What makes this property unique
Location and amenities are the best benefits of this house. The house is just 3 minutes walking from the beach. The neighborhood is quite, safe and peaceful. We keep everything in the house in good condition. We try to have in the house everything needed to enjoy vacations: a clean place, a kitchen well equipped. High Speed Internet, HDTV in each room, premium cable, a desk with a laser printer in case you needed. A high chair and a Play Yard for a baby. The house have a large back yard with a patio and a charcoal BBQ.
