Very nice amenities, host worked with me immediately by text for questions and any problems I had. Close to beach, beach chairs available to use and everything was clean. On Second floor and steps were a little steep so beware if that’s an issue. Thanks!

BIGGEST PROBLEM- No hot water for 7 days; no water at all for 1 day (12 day total stay). Property has much potential and a great view. Overall however, property is in disrepair and needs a deep cleaning.

From the owner: "We’re glad you enjoyed the property’s beautiful view. Regarding the hot water, we took multiple steps to address the issue during your stay, including flushing the system and installing a new water heater. Unfortunately, the new unit was wired incorrectly by the installer, and it wasn't working. We arranged for a different technician to return and correct the issue the same day, but you declined having additional service visits, which prevented us from completing the repair at that time. The wiring was corrected immediately after your departure, and the system is now working as expected."

The handyman fixed the problem with the shower and replaced several burned out lightbulbs. The hallway light fixture needed an electrician! The furniture on the balcony needs a good cleaning, even maybe updating. The collection of dishes was sparse and unusual, with only a few big coffee mugs and just one “regular” sized one. We had to move the coffeemaker because the plug it was originally plugged into was corroded. Overall, the location is great and the big furniture was comfortable.

Perfect location for a beach trip

We loved the condo it had everything you could need in the kitchen and for beach accessories. Nice, safe area not too busy, super close to the beach just what me and my mother we’re looking for. Hosts were very responsive, Would definitely stay again!

All good and as advertised, except for the stairs. They were a bit of a challenge for a couple of 70-somethings. We are walkers and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Wonderfully equipped!

This condo had everything you needed! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were great! It was such a relief to not pack or buy all of those large expensive supplies. The unit was clean and the location was great. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
