John's Pass is just 6 miles south. Explore dining options along Gulf Blvd, with St. Pete Beach (20 min) and Clearwater Beach (20 min) easily accessible. Within 30 minutes, visit the Clearwater Aquarium, the Dali Museum, and Tropicana Field. Tampa is a 35-45 minute drive with attractions such as Ybor City, the CruisePort, and Busch Gardens. Orlando and Disney World are only an hour away.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore? Tampa, Orlando, and many points beyond are very popular day trips away.

Please note that promotions are subject to blackout periods and are not valid during holiday or special event weeks. On the Rocks #12 is a non-smoking property; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is located on the southeast corner of the complex, near the street. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to book, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

The property has beautiful views; a lot of beach chairs/beach toys and umbrellas available. The host was responsive, and offered to make changes. A little TLC and upgrading would be suggested to focus on the overall cleanliness; fixing the bedroom door that did not shut; getting a new mattress pad for the pull out couch to include cleaning it each time.

We stayed in this upstairs condo several months after a couple of hurricanes ravaged St. Petersburg… It was amazingly a beautiful beach spot and the condo unit was lovely and well-equipped! There are only a few suggestions we would make to add to this 1 bedroom place to make it ideal!!
