Outstanding spot right on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is all about location! It was so wonderful to walk out the door right to the beach. We loved the gorgeous view from the porch. We appreciated all the beach chairs, lawn chairs, and other equipment that was available to use. On windy days we lounged up by the house where the vegetation blocked the wind. The unit itself is more of a studio space- not much separation between the sleeping and living areas- but was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean, but could use a good wall to wall scrubbing. The kitchen is older and felt a little grungy. There was a family in the unit upstairs. It was mostly quiet, but when their kids started running around we could hear them- annoying. Next door unit was quiet. Overall, it’s a wonderful space, with a gorgeous front-row view of the sunset.

The place is just the right size for two people. Sand chairs and beach toys are there for your use.
