A wonderful beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beachfront condo. We were close to the Phillies spring training games, Top Golf, amazing restaurants and of course, the lovely beach with fantastic sunsets. We highly recommend this place!

Over the past few years we have stayed at this property multiple times. The home is right on the beach, it’s clean, well furnished and has been recently updated. We plan on staying at this property every time we visit Indian Shores.

6 Pipers Nest

The condo was very nice and decorated very beachie as expected. The property still had some damage to the exterior from recent storms but was in the process of being repaired but I was not told this. Ac went out 2nd. Day of our vacatibut was replaced promptly. Management was great. Only real negative was shower in master need a good cleaning.

Family vacation

We loved staying here. Close to everything and great access to the beach. The only issue we had was that the master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable thing we had ever slept on.

Great location! Walk out the door and onto the beach. It could use some updating and new furniture on the balconies but overall it is a great condo. We will definitely stay again!

it was very spacious. Great location. Quiet. Kitchen well stocked. Loved having washer and dryer in the condo we now have zero laundry when we get home!

Perfect place updated condo with 2 balconies, free WiFi/ cable, W/D

We stayed for 4 weeks. It was comfortable, clean and had all the things we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Nice TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Beach was amazing. Umbrella and beach chairs are provided, however we had brought our own. Beach view from our balcony was limited but the sunsets were in full view, beautiful!! Would love to stay here again.

Very Clean, Great Communication from Owner, and Right on the beach

We were coming down during hurricane Ian. The property owner was great to work with. Kept us very informed though the process. When we arrived place was very clean. Loved our stay. Highly recommend. Walk down some steps to the paved garage, and straight out to the sand. Simply wonderful. We will definetly be back.

Not quite the beach view I expected. Also the 30 steps to the apartment were pretty tedious for my 81 year old family member especially when unloading and reloading. Try pvc furniture for the deck. It’s was hard balancing on 3 legs the chairs and table were so rusty.

Love the beach!

The property was overall very good. Did not enjoy - 30 stairs up, the balcony was dirty and furniture almost unusable, no sun umbrella for the beach, only low, old sand chairs (not great for older people). The last night, air conditioning wouldn’t work. Hot night. All that being said, the place was large enough and comfortable. Master bathroom suite had tons of storage, but could use an redo on the shower. Lots of towels were made available. I would stay again.

It has a direct view of the beach and ocean. The condo was bigger in size then expected. This is a good budget friendly beach condo. Truly, there are things that need to be upgraded and fix. (Balcony railing is detached from main pole, the outside furniture is rusted and doesn’t stand up, the pots/pans are in poor shape, the shower in master doesn’t close and housekeeping didn’t clean well. There’s popsicle sticks everywhere and they were not ours.) We hope they don’t upgrade it. Then it may no longer be budget friendly;). We had a great time here! We didn’t complain to management. We didn’t give them a chance to fix anything.

GREAT BEACH VACAY LOCATION

Honestly, super happy with this vacay spot. The overall experience was super easy going and better than expected. Our family visits Indian shores every year and we are so glad to have found this rental. Unlike other places we have stayed, the parking was fantastic. When we left for dinner, we did not have to worry about whether we would have parking at the condo. Parking was always available. The whole pipers nest community was very laid back, quiet, and nice. We loved the water buckets that were readily available to rinse off our feet after being on the beach. It was also very helpful to have a cut out walk way where they had built up the sand dunes. It made getting on to the beach so much easier. Plus, the ground floor storage for beach gear was a surprising bonus! The condo itself was well taken care of and ready to go when we arrived. The check-in process was extremely easy and we loved having the feature of asking Alexa when we had questions. It was very family friendly. Overall, we felt the condo was clean. However, there were a few small areas that it felt like got missed by the cleaning crew (some easily forgotten areas), BUT it definitely wasn’t enough to bother our stay at all. We would definitely recommend Pipers Nest and we will be looking to rebook in the future. So happy to have found this rental.
