Spacious and cheerful, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico is ready for you in beautiful Redington Shores, Florida. Located on a wide stretch of sugar sand beach, this sleeps five unit has gorgeous sunset views from the large balcony and all the amenities you desire. The heated community pool/grill area is right on the beach! The restful. roomy master suite (with full bath) includes comfy king bed, slider to balcony and large walk-in closet. You may just feel the urge to hula in the tiki inspired guest bedroom, outfitted with 2 extra-long twin beds. You’ll feel right at home in our fully equipped kitchen, which opens to the inviting dining area. The large family room has plenty of seating for family and friends with floor space galore for little ones to play!

Excellent vacation spot

This condo was perfect! Loved the cleanliness along not just the condo but bathrooms by pool, pool area, lobby, and hallways. This condo was stocked with so many things you might just need a time or 2 on your trip which was handy! Love the kitchen remodel. Very nice appliances. Will definitely return! The owners truly care about their guests and their time in this condo.

Sleepy sea turtle never disappoints !

Spent a week in Karls condo and it was amazing. Great location and great amenities. Thing we like is its not busy and its quite, you can walk to a lot of places to eat and traffic is minimal .

Lovely Beach Condo

This condo was such a pleasure to stay in. It is right on the beach. Super convenient and a great pool. The condo was very clean, very modern well-stocked, which I appreciated very much. Plenty of dishes and cooking items. It was a total win for my family. I have every intention on re-booking this vacation home at some point. The host Karl was very responsive to any of my questions and easy to work with.

Labor weekend 2015

I love the area, walking and enjoying our tea/coffee down the street is what we look forward every year. The building itself is in a good location, lobby needs a little TLC but the place inside was spacious, enough room for our family and friends that spent one day with us. Love the idea of the pool being gated, specially with kids. The Jacuzzi and BBQ were usefull. Overall will stay again.

The condo was very clean! Had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The master bedroom's t.v. was tiny and didnt sound great. That was the only complant. The walk to pool and beach was a short one. The beds were comfortable.

Pleasant surprise

We didn’t know what to expect it was our first time using VRBO. When we walked in the door It was a pleasant surprise . All the rooms were very clean there is nothing you need just buy food and enjoy. Everyone we met were very pleasant and made a few friends and looking forward to next year. we loved our trip to the gulf this was the perfect place for my husband and I to take our 2 kids we went to 6 different gulf beaches but the one right here at the codo was the best it was like we had our own beach front property I think we might have had maybe 25 people within shouting distance of us and while out in the water we were less then 25 feet from 2 dolphins and another day we had a huge pack of sting rays swimming around. the kids were amazed and had sooo much to tell their friends we also loved being next to the bird sanctuary it was amazing watching and hearing them while we were out drinking our morning coffie on the deck . all in all the trip was a 10 makes us think about a condo in redington in the near future for our family.

Perfect condo for small family!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location.... loved having all the extras there... beach towels, toys, chairs, highchair etc. The condo was larger than expected and tastefully decorated. Bed was really comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the bird sanctuary that was right next door and all of the birds around the property. The Pool was warm and clean. The section of beach was pres tine and we practically had it to ourselves. The hall way did have a strange smell to it and we had a difficult time getting the keys to unlock the door. That is our only complaint. WE literally spent a minute or two having to jiggle the keys and pull and push the door to get it to open half the time. Was frustrating when we had our hands full of stuff. Other than that we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It was also really nice that the building is right near the causeway which made it easy to get around by car. We hope to be back again.

Family vacation

The property was amazing! Very convenient! Loved the pool and beach access! Very home feeling! Karl was very accommodating and answered very promptly, we will definitely be staying again next year for a longer time. We stayed about 3 weeks next time we will do the whole month!

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for our trip. It was well stocked, including everything we needed for our days at the beach. Having access to a beach umbrella and chairs was key. We had plenty of room to relax comfortably in the living room and on the large balcony. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Fun Time

We enjoyed our stay very much. With a family of 5 being able to cook and prep meals was very important. We utilized the kitchen alot and loved the balcony. Multiple bathrooms were very helpful also.We loved the pool and beach access. We were very close to the places we wanted to visit.

Great Trip

A Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful seaside condo! Very nice furnishings , all the kitchen equipment you could want and we love having a washer and dryer right in the condo - super convenient!The crowning glory for us was the balcony, though - watching that sun set in the Gulf of Mrxico every night - fivine!

St. Pete Vacation

We came to St. Pete in very difficult time, after two powerful hurricane and saw with our own eyes how much damage and distraction they brought to the area. The building and surrounding need a lot work and therefore time to get back to life in full scale. But the appartement itself was completely ready for the guests and we really appreciated it. It is fully stocked with anything and everything the guests might need. We tried not to bother Karl but when we needed to contact him he was immediately available. We are greatly thankful to Karl to have a chance to visit Florida as we hoped to do well before hurricanes hit the area. Thank you!

Cute condo, VERY close to the beach!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots, pans, spices, and utensils. The condo was very clean and had lots of towels, blankets, pillows, beach toys, soap, and toilet paper. After our stay, I contacted Karl as I thought we had left something behind. Karl responded quickly and had the cleaners look for the item. Karl was very professional and supportive, and was very available when we had questions; which was fantastic!!! We would love to stay here again, Karl’s place was awesome!!!

Great stay!

Great condo, with everything you need for your stay. There is currently construction on the condominium property, so that was a little unsatisfying, but the improvements they are doing will be worth it for the overall appearance of San Remo. This is our 6th year staying at San Remo, so it's nice to see some upgrades finally happening. Can't wait to see it all finished next year!
