Relaxing Getaway on the Gulf!

Welcome to San Remo on the Gulf. We are so proud to offer this beautiful beach condo to the vacation rental market. We take pride in our standards for a beautiful, clean, and sanitized condo for your comfort and enjoyment!

This updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the quiet beach town of Redington Shores Florida. Just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St.Pete Beach. San Remo is a Gulf front condo building of just 39 units. Some of the building amenities include; heated pool and spa, large cabana with patio tables, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 large BBQ grills , just steps to the white sandy beach of the Gulf, elevators and ample parking.

This newly updated unit has all tile flooring, coastal style furniture, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. The oversized balcony has a partial view of the Gulf. The tranquil Gulf of Mexico sunsets are a must see and only steps away from the condo. The entire condo has a comfortable relaxing beach feel, soothing paint colors and the décor totally say's: I am at the BEACH! The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful coastal furniture and a work space for your computer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a full size pull out bed. The living room and bedrooms all have a sliding glass door that open out the balcony. Great place for morning coffee or a relaxing cocktail.

Don't worry about lugging too much stuff. We provide the following for your convenience: beach towels, chairs, cooler and kids beach toys. Upon request we can provide baby items for a small fee, i.e. highchair, pack-n-play, etc. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Occasionally we can accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out. Based on availability.

Paradise

Beautiful beach home and the location was so convenient for families who love the beach and sunsets. Not a busy beach area which we loved. We saw manatees, dolphins, and found some beautiful shells and sand dollars on the sand bar out in the ocean. The house was so well stocked and very clean. Host was accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for easy access to the beach and a chill vibe.
