Why Luxury Villa at Park Duinzicht (house 705)?
This detached luxury villa is suitable for eight guests and offers a comfortable base for a relaxing stay. From the hallway you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable corner seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment.



The ground floor features a toilet, storage room, a bedroom with double box-spring (180 x 200 cm) bed and a private bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as three bedrooms, each equipped with a double box-spring bed that can be separated. The villa connects to the half-covered patio with garden furniture and a cosy outdoor fireplace. Each dune villa also includes a free parking space and free WiFi.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage. Großzügig aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein und der Fernseher war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht intakt. Ansonsten alles prima

Das Haus hatte genügend Platz für 7 Personen und war schön eingerichtet. das untere Schlafzimmer h

Das Haus hatte genügend Platz für 7 Personen und war schön eingerichtet. das untere Schlafzimmer hatte idealerweise einen wasch und Duschbereich. Im Garten hätte man bei schönem Wetter genug Platz gehabt um sich zu sonnen , oder Federball zu spielen. Das Grundstück war so eingewachsen, das man sich nicht beobachtet fühlte von den umliegenden Nachbarn. Den vorhandenen Grill haben wir gerne benutzt. Der Mikrowellen/Backofen war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein großer Topf für 7 Personen und größere Schüsseln wären gut gewesen. Der einzige Nachteil für uns war, das das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, da die Türen nicht gedämmt sind . Wir hatten ein Baby dabei und mussten uns Abends leise unterhalten um das Kind nicht aufzuwecken, da man uns trotz geschlossener Tür gehört hätte . Den Strand war in laufnähe und der schönste, sauberste und breiteste Strand den wir je gesehen haben. Da wir selbst an der Nordsee wohnen, kann ich das sagen! Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen Bei schönerem Wetter hätte man draußen sitzen können.
