The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast and cooking.
The Sofa opens to make a comfortable bed with a mattress for one person.
Flat, quiet, mostly residential area.
There are cycle paths in the surrounding areas: Next to Jardim do Bonfim which extends to the end of Avenida Luisa Todi.
In Jardim do Bonfim you can find:
- Pond with ducks and swans
- Cafe/restaurant by the lake
- Children's playground with synthetic floor.
Nearest supermarket: Minipreço (Avenida 5 de Outubro) or Pingo Doce

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.HUMIDITY THE ONLY WINDOW WAS BROKENNO VENTILATION SYSTEM.BAD SMELL OF HUMIDITY.NOT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE A WINDOW OPENED TO VENTILATE SINCE IT WAS BROKEN.YOU COULD ONLY KEEP THE FRONT DOOR OPENED. ON A BUSY ROAD. THE LIGHTS IN THE KITCHEN WEREN'T WORKING, SO WE HAD TO COOK IN THE DARK.THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS SWOLLEN BY HUMIDITY AND COULDN'T BE CLOSED.THE WALLS HAD MOLD AND STAINS.THE COUCH HAD STAINS.BLINDS WERE BROKEN.VRBO WAS USELESS FOR HELPING US MAKE OUR TRIP GOOD AGAIN.THE OWNER OF THE STUDIO WAS EVEN MORE USELESS AND CARELESS.VERY NOISY AND BUSY ROAD AFTER 5AM IN THE MORNING SO NOT PLEASANT FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.JUST HORRIBLE
