Sono arrivato a destinazione e ho contattato l’Hoste e aveva l’appartamento già occupato dal giorno prima, inoltre non ha riconosciuto la mia riservazione di 4 giorni già pagata. Ho dovuto trovare una sistemazione all’improvviso per 4 persone.
