Beach front Studio apartment in St Tropez close to centre of town with Parking
Wonderful studio apartment at Bouillabaisse Beach, with views over the bay and town of St Tropez.
This studio has recently been renovated, it also has WIFI/Internet. The studio is bright with lots of natural light
and large window and two glass doors giving you a great view down to the beach and out to the Bay.
The apartment is open plan, with a sofa which folds down to make a double bed, a dining table for
two, a SMART television, and a kitchen area with fridge freezer, hob and oven. Step outside onto a
large balcony, with sun awning, and table and chairs allowing you to enjoy the views while eating or
enjoying morning coffee.
There is a shower room with large shower cabinet, wc, vanity unit, mirror, and towel radiator.
Outside the studio, is a gate with direct access to the beach in front of you, if you choose there are
also beach clubs and restaurants nearby to enjoy.
The studio is close to many bars and restaurants in this area of town, and you are 10 minutes on
foot into the centre (easy access for the Route des Plage) and Pampelonne Beaches.
There is also a parking space for your car.

We have lived and been hosting properties in this area for around 15 years and love happy guests having great holidays.
Why they chose this property
This is a wonderful area with plenty of things to explore and do. Fabulous beeches, water sports, great restaurants, cafes and bars.
There are ferries from town to many other coastal towns and many great boat tours.
Wonderful shops and a famous market twice a week.

What makes this property unique
This property is directly on the beach. This is a really nice beach and good for a swim. The views are amazing. You have 2/3 really lovely restaurants only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Also to have your own parking space which is very sought after in town.
