Private Oasis-3BR w/ Pool & Garden – 1 .1miles to Palm Beach, Ideal for Families
Private Pool, tall stone fence (privacy), beautiful landscaping, large yard, great location on the island and a quiet cul de sac. Great for couples and families.
We're easy walking distance to Oak Restaurant - 15 min walk to the boardwalk, 3 miles (walk / drive / taxi) to the main entertainment area.
WHY CHOOSE US?
1) Location, Location, Location.
- only 1 mile (1.1 to be exact) to the nearest beach entry point on the Palm Beach boardwalk (between the Ritz and the Marriott)
- only 3 miles to the "main" restaurant / entertainment area
2) Peace & Privacy
- The privacy of the backyard is the most consistent feedback that we get from our guests. Because of the location on a quiet cul-de-sac and tall solid fencing, the backyard is truly a retreat for families and couples
3) Comfort
- Recently updated inside & out
- 3 Bedrooms - 2 Queen bedrooms & 3rd bedroom can be set up either as 2 twin beds or 1 King ; 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite & 1 shared)
- thick memory foam mattresses
- All bedrooms are individually air conditioned
- Full amenities in the kitchen
- Variety of dining and sitting options: inside, in the screened-in sunroom (a "lanai"), or outside on the patio
- Enjoy a happy hour drink by the pool and doze off in the hammock!
- Instant Hot Water Heater (not as common on the island as you may think!)
- Hair dryers in the washrooms.
- Gas (propane) BBQ - gas is provided
We’ve thought of the little things, so you don’t have to!
- Folding beach chairs, towels and coolers to make your day at the beach complete.

> We love the island and this is a great location.
> We love the home - which we've called Canaruba. It was built 10 years ago and lived in by the original builders until we purchased it in 2017.
Unique to our home is the individual property - because it is on a cul-de-sac we have a large yard, surrounded by a solid cement fence. This means it is more quiet and private.

What makes this property unique
Pride. We really care for our home. We always appreciate your feedback and do our best to constantly improve the home. Recently (late 2024) we "brightened things up" - we changes the interior wood doors for more solid white doors, changed the window coverings to white zebra style, and replaced the bedroom ceiling lights / fans with brighter LED combination fans.
And the entire home has been freshly painted in the past 2 years - inside and out
As amazing as the beaches are around the island - and you should explore them all! - there is nothing like coming home at the end of the day, pouring a drink and sitting in the pool or lounging in the hammock. Ahhhh.
