We truly appreciated the opportunity of hosting JD and his family and appreciate the feedback, but we were surprised to hear some of the feedback as we place our valued guests experience as highest priority. The house is in a newer, nicer area of Atlantic City and is furnished with higher end furniture than typical in beach rentals. There had also just been a monthly maintenance of painting touch up, etc just prior to JD's visit. Unfortunately, the side by side built in refrigerator had an issue the day he checked in. a repair service was dispatched immediately and came that day, the part needed had to be ordered so we worked to accommodate with the standard size refrigerator that is provided as a spare, along with larger size beverage fridge. Between the two the cubic space was about the same. There is a pretty solid supply of pots and pans at the house, but if we had been made aware, we would have been happy to bring additional cookware.

We greatly value our guests and are dedicated to making their stays with us a positive experience. In the event our guests have questions, needs or concerns we live locally in the neighborhood and are less than 1 minute away and our mission is to deliver an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. It was very surprising to receive this review as during the course of the reservation our team did not hear any feedback from the guest, nor were we given any opportunity to address concerns. We did make the guest aware at check in about the oven and we truly apologize for any inconvenience. Our repair team tried to resolve prior to guest check in but a necessary replacement could not arrive in time due to supply chain delays. We made alternate arrangements of 3 toaster ovens, a roaster, and there’s also a propane grill at the house. There are 2 sets of washer/dryer- both of the 2 washers work fine; however one of the two dryers does not. The 2nd dryer works fine. I am not certain what happened with the guests use of the washer but both washers are in working order. We provide an iron and a steamer- Both the iron and the portable steamer work. The ice maker is in working order and there was a bag of ice as well. In addition to the main refrigerator, there is a beverage fridge in the kitchen area and a spare fridge in the garage. Our track record with our valued guests has been impeccable as has our commitment to meeting our guests requests. We welcome any questions and will readily and happily provide information.
