2 Bedroom (one en-suite) and two bathrooms, fantastic balcony & roof terrace.

This gorgeous 2 Bedroom air-conditioned Luxury Penthouse Apartment is near Playa del Duque, facing the sea on the last Floor of Terrazas Del Duque. It is within a secure building with receptionist through the day and security at night. This is a large Penthouse with a superb roof terrace offering magnificent views, catching the sun all day. Downstairs there are panoramic views of the sea. It is tastefully decorated and has a nice chill out zone on the solarium. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a bath and the second bedroom has the most breath-taking view over the Bahia del Duque area. The kitchen is fully fitted, with annex room housing Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. There is a very large balcony with dining facilities offering again spectacular views. The lounge has large screen TV and DVD. There is are two heated swimming pools (one for kids and one for adults). The roof terrace can be used for sunbathing, dining and cocktails. The famous Del Duque Beach is only a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is next to the Grand Hotel Costa Adeje, Del Duque is the prime area of Costa Adeje. It is a 5 minute walk to Playa Del Duque the finest beach in Tenerife hosting magnificent restaurants and over looked by the renowned Bahia Del Duque Hotel. The shopping centers are all within a 5 minute walk ranging from designer such as Rolex or Cartier to the local supermarkets. There is also within a 10 minute walk Playa de Fanabe offering Bars, Restaurants, children entertainment and sports activities. For the sports enthusiasts there is a local Gym, Health Spa Adeje 18 hole golf course and many more Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive and a local tennis club.

Wonderful duplex with awesome views

The stay was fantastic. The apartment is brilliant for a vacation get away whether a couple, two couples, or family. It easily can sleep 5-6 if a family and is perfectly set up for entertaining and spending time as a group.

Beautifully apportioned apartment with all amenities to hand and access to good pool. Supermarket, restaurants and beach all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended for adults and older children.Would not recommend for those with small children or disabled persons.

Lovely Apartment with fabulous roof terrace

The apartment was very well equipped, had everything you could think of and more. The roof terrace was ideal with sun from 9.00 til 6.00 in March. There was very easy access to the pool on the same floor, unfortunately the pool heating wasn't working. the location was good for access to the beach, less than 1km and restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Excellent accommodation

This is a lovely apartment, conveniently situated within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The roof top terrace with a sink and fridge was perfect for al fresco dining. The direct access to the pool was a bonus and we were lucky, but didn’t know, that it had been closed for 2 weeks before we arrived. It thankfully reopened 3 days after we arrived, however, the other pools in the complex were undergoing refurbishment, which caused quite a bit of noise at times. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms, but Nathalie immediately supplied a substantial fan. All in all a very pleasant stay & we’d thoroughly recommend it.
