About this property

Cosy Snowdonia annexe - secluded with beautiful views

Relaxing rural annexe overlooking beautiful and unspoilt countryside, situated a short distance from the popular towns of Machynlleth, Aberdyfi and Dolgellau.
- completely self-contained, own entrance, patio and parking
- very secluded with great views
- outdoor firepit and BBQ area
- private woodland

Nestled in the hills, with fields below and woodland above, the only noise you might hear is the roar of fighter jets running the Mach Loop. Other than these and the occasional escaped sheep, you'll never be disturbed. With your own private woodland and hillside viewing platform, this is the perfect place to rest and recharge amongst nature. The platform, equipped with a BBQ, firepit, table and bluetooth speakers, has unobstructed views of the rolling Welsh hills by day, and by night, a spectacular view of the stars (we're in an International Dark Sky Area).

The annexe is secluded but not remote! It's a 20-minute drive to the charming towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau, each of which has plenty of pubs, shops, cafes and supermarkets. To the west, you can get to the seaside towns of Barmouth and Aberdovey in 45 minutes.

There is a lovely local pub just over 1 mile away, perfect for a post-walk lunch or an evening drink and meal - the food is wonderful!

For those who love to walk or cycle, Snowdonia offers incredible hiking and biking, and I'd be happy to give some personal recommendations.

The property comes with 6 lovely ladies who will provide you with half a dozen fresh eggs daily - don't worry they require no maintenance!

You will have private use of the Annexe. I live next door with my dog and will give you the privacy and/ or assistance you need.
