Arthfan is a converted barn in a tranquil setting with breath-taking views of the Cader Idris and Arran mountain ranges. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is within easy reach of the many attractions offered in this part of Wales.
2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 4 plus travel cot. 1 double, 1 twin both on 1st floor.

Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over.


Kitchen/Dining/Lounge open plan with well appointed fully fitted kitchen, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge , washing machine and freezer, table and chairs seating 4. A small dresser and bar divide the kitchen and lounge area which has an electric fire woodburning style , cream leather 3 piece suite, tv/dvd.

Grounds medium enclosed garden with lawns, garden furniture. Storage for mountain bikes. There is a small stream at side of property which is fenced off.

Cosy and comfortable stone built holiday cottage with an open plan ground floor and with doors opening out onto the grounds - magnificent views.
