The apartment is in a quiet residential street in vibrant Brixton, with much to offer tourists and visitors.
Besides various bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, Brixton is home to the Brixton Village Market, Pop Brixton, and the market stalls on Electric Avenue.
Another popular attraction in Brixton is Brockwell Park. This park is a sprawling 50 acres of green space with wooded sections, floral beds and wide-open expanses. It's perfect for jogging, picnicking, reading and sun-worshipping. The park also has a lido (outdoor swimming pool) that's open all year round.
Brixton has excellent transport links making it a great location for exploring London.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest station, Brixton, is just a 5-minute walk.
London City Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.
The home is lived in and therefore will have personal belongings inside. Do not book this property if you require ample storage space.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
