About this property

A Victorian house, converted into three apartments. We are renting the top floor apartment. This property is in a great location, set away from main road/traffic noise, with a short walking distance to local amenities. A very easy commute to central London with Herne Hill Station, East Dulwich, North Dulwich and 24 hours bus services, all within walking distance .The apartment is located in a friendly neighbourhood with public parks, cafe's, restaurants and an Art Gallery.

The first bedroom has 1 double beds and a single bed. The second bedroom has a Double bed. The living room has 2 sofas and the kitchen has four chairs table, and is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble Dryer, microwave, all new appliance and crockery. Bed Linen and Towels provided.

Excellent logement

Appartement idéal famille

Nous avons passé 5 excellentes journées à l’appartement en nous rendant en bus au centre de Londres chaque jour. Nous étions 5, c’était vraiment impeccable. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires très accueillants.

Magnificent flat

Maria was really nice. She welcomed us at very early hour of the day. The flat was immaculate and tidy. We loved the neighborhood, with close proximity to vibrant Brixton, Dulwich village and Peckham. Public transport was easy to get in to central London. The area is surrounded by beautiful parks. Definitely will come again in future visits.

neat and clean accommodation

The accommodation is fairly spaced for a group of five or six. Most of the available space is open and it is a old building which makes it a bit cold, especially in the wintermonth but the heating system can make it fairly warm if needed. It is located in a quiet area but there are enough shops (grocery) and restaurants in close proximity. There is also a rather good public transport connection to the city center of london (bus,tube and train). Travel time is around 30 min. The host is nice and answers fairly quick to answer to any questions.
