We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It's super close to Tulse Hill station, has a well equipped kitchen, great garden and two great bedrooms. It also had a third room that was perfect for working and for a travel cot. The flat is stylish with high quality linens and towels.
We had a great family stay in this appartment. Perfect location near a train station. The flat was very clean and comfortable and Kevin answered quickly our questions. We would stay there again in the future !
Absolutely wonderful little flat near a tube station in London. Great layout, and it was so nice that there were little odds and ends all over the place for things we forgot or didn't bring (an iron, an outlet converter, even some tea bags). Only thoughts, and this is just so American of us, it was way hotter inside than we thought the garden unit would be, so keep the time of year in mind for this place! Overall, would stay again, just maybe not in August!

Alarm issues
On the fifth night of our 8 day stay we were awakened by the carbon monoxide monitor alarm. We had to exit the property onto the street at 10pm to await the emergency service. We spent 2 hours awaiting the all clear to return to the property and then the next afternoon waiting for the gas to be reconnected. It is most likely that the problem was an out of date alarm, the property manager’s responsibility. I didn’t feel that the property manager was as concerned about our plight as he should have been , nor the effect on our holiday, hence my review.

The only downer was the steep and slightly creepy entry down wet stairs to the front.
Carrying big luggage definitely called for man-muscles.
More more basics on how to work the oven and the importance of turning off the surrounding outlets so as not to cause the breaker to shut off would be helpful.. but Kevin was great, helpful and fast to communicate.
I'm an American who drives everywhere so uber was my choice to get around but the train- metro is a very short walk.
I enjoyed this place very much.
The apartment worked well for my family. The train and bus stops are very close by for access into central London, where we spent most of our time. My kids enjoyed taking public transport. Uber worked well too. The Citymapper app was helpful (Kevin mentioned this) with real time public transport options (same w/ google maps). We appreciated being able to cook breakfast every morning before going out for the day. We had the essential tools to do so at the apartment. We picked up groceries around the corner at the local co-op. We were able to do laundry several times. I would note that the shower is in a narrow bathtub. There was one instance of slipping - all okay though. All in all, we were glad to stay at the apartment and enjoyed our time there.
Kevin was a very responsive and kind host. We were able to have an easy earlier check in. The process for check in and check out was easy. The flat was perfect for our stay. Not the quietest side of town as lots of police and ambulances noise throughout the day and night. The bus and train stops are right outside the door. Easy access to the london area. London center is about 45-70 min bus ride but it helps to sight see. The location is a bit shady not the best side of town. I felt safe but I was accompanied by two big strong men. Otherwise I might have been nervous to travel alone. Many women did travel the streets alone. A bit fair value for the flat. There are parrots that live right outside the back of the flat.
We stayed for three days. The kitchen was well supplied, the premises was clean and well turned out. There are lots of amenities near by, and good infrastructure.
The flat was comfortable, clean and near public transportation, grocery stores, pubs and restaurants. Our stay was a pleasant experience for our family.
I had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The cleanliness was spot on, the facilities great. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I could not sing anymore praises.
We loved Kevins’s place. It was clean, well-appointed and in a great location to get around. In a quiet neighborhood with Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the bus.
This was a perfect place to stay when wanting to visit London but not stay right in the city! It’s right next to the train station so easy access to any town! Loved staying here and the host had excellent communication!
The property was as pictured .
I would have liked instructions on how to run the stove in the kitchen though.
A little more through dusting under the beds would have been nice.
Nice supply of towels and necessities.
Groceries and bus were very close and used.
