This space includes a double fold-out bed and can be useful for additional sleeping arrangements. Please note that this is not a conventional second bedroom. Access is via a pull-down ladder only, and the loft has limited headroom. For this reason, the loft space is only suitable for guests who are comfortable climbing a ladder and using a loft-style sleeping area. If you require two standard bedrooms, have mobility concerns, or would prefer to avoid ladder access, this property may not be the most suitable option.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
