This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. Very close to the famous Playa del Socorro. Main House: this a Two bedroom + Two bathroom (one ensuite) 150 m2 house with sitting room, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and private patio for your exclusive use.

It is very rare to find a house to rent in Tenerife so close to the sea, on a quiet area but easy access to the beach, to quiet corners, paths to walk trough. The area is protected because its beauty, we are very proud of it. Enjoy the real Tenerife on a comfortable way.

What makes this property unique

The gardens are absolutely spectacular, designed by one of the most well known designers of the Islands. There are many corners where you will like to seat: on the mirador with views to the sea, near the charming fontaine, on the tower up to your house, with all the views of the coast, of at the sitting room near the pool. There is weekly cleaning service included on the price, and also final cleaning included.
