This wonderful and recently renovated luxury 2 bed apartment is a steal pf a deal in the heart of the Cardiff. With fast wifi, free off road parking and a large smart t.v to stream all the latest apps like Netflix for those nights in.

And just a 5 min walk into Cardiff city centre where you can enjoy everything the city has to offer.
This apartment has a king bed in each room that can be split into singles if requested so please make us aware on the booking if you request king beds or singles.
This space is a new build property directly off the A48 perfect location for those working in Cardiff and for those needing to travel around Cardiff as the bus routes are just a walk away the area is also perfect for those travelling for leisure as the apartment is just 5 min walk fro the city centre and Cardiff castle. This is a ground floor apartment so theres no stairs to deal with for those with luggage or disabilities. Also has a outdoor seating area with table and chairs for dining and smoking.

The kitchen provides a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave oven and a spacious dining table.

An outdoor seating area with table and chairs is available off the living room, through patio doors. Smoking is only permitted outside.
To access the free parking space you have to use the entrance located down a lane, situated 3 houses down. The entrance is next to the christian science church, you turn into the lane follow the road round until you see the car parking spaces for number 12. Flat 2 will have a clear number plaque on the fence.

This is a newly built property, built to be luxurious. Set directly in Cardiff city centre just off the A48. Perfect location for those working in and around Cardiff, those needing to travel can access all bus routes and train links just a 10 minute walk away.
The area is also perfect for guests travelling for leisure as the apartment is just 5 minutes walk into the city centre and easy to explore Cardiff landmarks and attractions.
For guests staying longer amounts of time there is a variety of nearby shops and supermarkets to buy your supplies for your stay. This apartment at the back of the building and is ground floor. It can be accessed through the main front security door or through the gate to the patio, access is private and only guests of this apartment. It is ideal with for those who want to access away from the main road, luggage straight from car privately and those who prefer no stairs. The patio doors open up out to the fenced patio area, offering seating.
