Our 2bed, 2bath Forest Cabin is in the perfect location between Bryson City and the Nantahala River Gorge. AWD or 4WD Required! Enjoy shops, restaurants, museums, breweries and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Bryson, only 8 miles away. In the other direction, take a short drive to the Nantahala River Gorge in the National Forest, with rafting, hiking, waterfalls, paddling, zip lines, biking, climbing and outdoor adventure, only 10 miles away. AWD or 4WD required and necessary at all times of year. No pets. No smoking cigarettes or vaping nicotine inside or outside the cabin. 2 bed, 1.5 bath. 2 levels (has stairs). Bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Open-concept living, dining and full kitchen with laundry downstairs. A Hot Tub, propane grill, and fire pit round out the space.

All in all the vrbo rental was ok it was fairly clean the oven was filthy windows was dirty it being Eco it needed more attention,we didn't find out until it was to late to cancel,the drive up to the vrbo it looked like something from the movie wrong turn,it had trash and junky items along the drive,we wasn't told this until the last minute we enjoyed the hot tub but definitely not the surroundings

Hideaway in the woods
The property was close to Bryson City. We loved the view off the front porch - watching the sunset over the mountains. Nicole was a great host and her place provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bryson City.
