Convenient to Bryson City, Deep Creek tubing, Nantahala whitewater rafting, Great Smoky Mountain Park, and other area attractions. Perfect location for day trips to Asheville and Gatlinburg.
2 bedroom with queen beds and queen sleeper sofa, gas log fireplace, satellite TV/VCR/DVD. Kitchen furnished with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, full size stove/fridge, and pots/pans/dishes. Also has a washer/dryer.

Beautiful view!

Picturesque view from the large hot tub!! Quiet neighborhood with no close neighbors. Keurig and a coffee pot was a nice surprise. Shower had plenty of water pressure. Cabin was equipped with everything needed!

Wonderful vacation home

The house was very clean and secluded with a beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch. My family and I had an amazing week away from it all I highly recommend this lovely cabin.

40th wedding anniversary

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The only downside was the mattress on the bed was very hard and had spring poking my husband. I would highly recommend this property to stay at and hope to book it again soon.

43rd Anniversary

We enjoyed stay at this cabin, and it's privacy. The floors could have been a little cleaner throughout, and the grill had not been cleaned out (Did not matter much as we decided not to use. But overall just what we expected.

Amazing get away

We loved the beautiful view,quietness, wild life the cabin was set up with everything that you would need including games for kids as well as for family our family really enjoyed reading all the rocks that others painted or wrote little messages & our family really enjoyed reading the little book on the coffee table that other guest has signed the location was great it was close to a lot of places to visit like cherokee, maggie valley over all there is so much to enjoy & we recommend go see for your self its so relaxing & a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle take a quick jump in hot tub & listen to the birds or bugs at night

Wonderful... but...

Location - Excellent. 10 mins from Cherokee, 1 hour from Murphy, Asheville, Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg. Close but still very secluded and private. Make sure you have a vehicle with adequate ground clearance as the drive leading up to the house is steep and gravel. But any SUV/ Crossover should be fine. Cleanliness - Excellent. House is well maintained and clean, hot tub maint was better than most places I have stayed. Amenities - Everything you might need is on site. If not the Food Lion is 10 mins down the road. over all 10/10 , I will book again and we hated to leave. Now the only draw back.... the furniture and beds. Every space in this cabin to sit or lay on was bad. The beds are so bad I HAD to get in the hot tub in the morning to recoup from a nights sleep, my wife had to move to the couch a few nights because the bed was so bad, but the couch wasn't much better. The chairs and couch were very uncomfortable as well. if the owner could upgrade the furniture and mattresses just a bit it would boost this rental to 12 out of 10.Otherwise, this has been my favorite VRBO rental in the mountains so far.

Weekend Stay

This would have been a 5/5 stay if it had been clean. The cabin was adorable, the views were great, and the hot tub was such an amazing experience at sunset; however, whoever is cleaning this cabin needs to be fired. There were bugs everywhere. I understand this house is in the mountains, so a few bugs were anticipated, but when there are multiple dead bugs in the fridge, there is something wrong. Every single dish that I pulled out of the cabinet had to be cleaned. Upon leaving, we were asked to wash our dishes so maybe the prior guests did not wash their dishes, but cleaning every dish is not something I should have to deal with when staying at a cabin on vacation. Each cup, bowl, and plate that I pulled out had food/dirt caked on it. If I had known how dirty it would have been, I would have brought my own cups and plates. Other than that, the stay was incredible. The fireplace was great, the bed was comfy, and the privacy of the house was also amazing. I would definitely stay again if this cabin is able to be better cleaned.

Just a little disappointed in the fact that we were not able to use the fire pit or fireplace or barbecue grill no shovel to clean out the barbecue or the fire pit to use. Everything else was excellent.

This is a beautiful getaway cabin. Lots of books and videos in case you get bored. The reason I only gave a 9 for cleanliness was because the sheets had not been cleaned prior to our stay, otherwise everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Waya Way cabin. It was 10 minutes from Cherokee, where you had restaurants, shops, and the Oconaluftee Visitor Center, where we enjoyed seeing the elk early morning and late afternoon. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, except bringing in our own food. Bed was comfortable, full kitchen. The hot tub was on the front porch, though we did not use it. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the area was very quiet. Darion was a great host and always responded immediately. We will definitely stay there again!
