Tiny appartment, very well located with easy access to all needs. Close to the taxi and boat station and walking distance to major attractions. Clean and neat easy for a small family.

Nice stay in Venice

The apartment is a bit out of the way, but is in a safe and quiet area. The layout was not the most comfortable or elegant, but was an adequate place to stay while we explored Venice. It was sufficiently clean. It was easily walkable to restaurants, sites, and vaporetti. Overall it was a nice stay, and a reasonable value for what we paid.

Quiet and basic

The location was very quiet and convenient to many tourist outings. The space was clean, but had a strange musty, smell, and only basic comforts. Water pressure in the shower was excellent though!
