It was in 2017 that Véronique and I acquired this small studio. It is located in the building where we have our main residence.
Véronique and I embarked on the real estate adventure 8 years ago, by renting an independent part of our house. This experience enriched us and made us want to continue!
In the same building as our main residence, we discovered a small apartment that had been abandoned for several years. We purchased it and completely renovated it. Véronique for the layout, comfort and decoration part, and me for the creation part. We formed a good team in this project!
We hope that you will be able to find in this little cocooning apartment all the comfort and well-being that we have tried to create! Feel like your own home.
