When you arrive at this house you park comfortably outside the entrance door. Via the entrance you enter a hall with hanging possibilities. To the right you will find a bright kitchen that is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday and through the kitchen window you see part of the adjacent lake Flaten. The floor plan is open between the living room and the kitchen, which makes it feel spacious. In the ceiling there are dimmable spotlights to create cozy lighting if necessary. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area and has large windows facing the seaside. Via the patio door you reach the large patio deck that runs around half the house and is furnished with a sofa group, dining group and a barbecue. Here you can sit and relax during the day and also have your meals. The bedroom is equipped with a family bed, where the lower bed is 140 cm and the upper bed 90 cm, storage facilities you will find behind the curtain. The bathroom is neat and has both toilet and shower. In a few minutes you go down to Lake Flaten, where you will find the jetty and the rowing boat if you would like to take a fishing trip on the lake. Fishing licenses must be purchased.

Things to see and do in the surrounding area
You can only drive to Virserum in a few minutes. Here you will find grocery stores, pizzerias, art museums and Dackestupets ski area with the opportunity to engage in trail cycling, technique training, bike tours, trail running and various hikes along trails. To Vimmerby with the theater park "Astrid Lindgren's World" which offers fantastic performances with Pippi longstocking and Emil in Lönneberga etc. it only takes 20 minutes more. . There are also two moose parks nearby, one of which "Virum" you can go out into the enclosure and be kissed by a moose. If you want to pan for gold and go into a disused old mine, you go to "Kleva mine". You can also go to the beautiful coastal town of Västervik and take a boat trip out into the fantastic archipelago. Around the corner a family runs a cozy little pizzeria and bakery called "Bageriet Björkaholm" where you can buy really good Italian or French pizzas and flammkuchen as well as rolls, baguettes, pretzels and sour bread.

The house is close to SE05035, which can be rented at the same time if there are many of you.
