The 2018 lovingly restored holiday home "Lönneberga Emil" makes Swedish dreams come true. The house is located only 150 meters from the large lake Linden from the district Lönneberga. A paradise for anyone who enjoys swimming, fishing, paddling, paddling or picking blueberries and mushrooms in the nearby forest. Here you have all the possibilities to really relax.

The house was renovated in 2018 and has a modern and beautiful decor. Since no wishes remain unsatisfied. Lönneberga is a small village and known from the stories of Astrid Lindgren.

You live on about 60 square meters with a view of the enchanted nature of Småland. The beautiful lake Linden is located about 150 meters from the house. The modern holiday home has an attractive and fresh equipment. Small but fine extras such as dishwasher and washing machine are integrated. This includes a large living-dining area with a modern fitted kitchen (2018) with all necessary appliances for comfortable self-catering with integrated dining area with table and 4 chairs and a beautiful living area.
In addition, there are two beautiful bright bedrooms with four beds in total. The whole thing is complemented with a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine.
Apart from "Pippi's World", the Kingdom of Crystal, the moose park in Virum, a trip to panning for gold in Ädelfors, Boda Borg and much more are ideal for excursions.
Or stay home and paddle a boat across the beautiful lake, go swimming or fishing directly from the boat. A popular bathing area with a long jetty and a small playground is just 150 meters from the house. The forests invite you to harvest berries and mushrooms or a nice trip into the eastern scarf landscape of Sweden.

schön ruhig gelegen, aber verbesserungswürdig

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief sehr schnell und ohne Probleme. Im Haus selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alle wichtigen Austattungen waren vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Den See Linden erreicht man nach wenigen Metern. Im Sommer ist die Badestelle eine beliebter Ort. Vom Haus aus ist der See nicht zu sehen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Der Handyempfang ist sehr schlecht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr schnell das gewünschte WLAN Guthaben freigeschaltet. Trotzdem gibt es ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge. Eine generelle Info, wo man die Müllstelle findet etc. wäre toll. Auch ein Hinweis zum Wasser (rostig und bräunliche Verfärbungen im Bad) hätten wir uns gewünscht. Der Außenbereich hat uns leider enttäuscht. Es kam uns verwahrlost vor. Ein Platz zum Sitzen und einen ordentlichen Weg zum Eingang haben wir vermisst. Leider hatten die Vorhänge in der Veranda einige Flecken und Brandlöcher. Eine kleine kaputte Scheibe wurde nur mit Küchenrolle abgedeckt.

Eine Top Lage entschädigt leider nicht für Alles

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappte ganz hervorragend. Selbst im Urlaub reagierte die Familie Dräger prompt auf unsere Anfrage. Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend, der grandiose See in unmittelbarer Entfernung, das Haus am Ende der Straße ruhig am Wald gelegen. Der Zustand des Hauses und des Außenbereiches lässt jedoch zu Wünschen übrig. Rund um das Haus wirkt alles lieblos und ungepflegt. Der Eingangsbereich renovierungsbedürftig, die Vorhänge und Sitzkissen haben überall Brandlöcher vom offenen Kamin. Im Innern wirkt das Haus gemütlich und frisch renoviert, die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Das größte Manko jedoch, und dies sorgte im Urlaub für den größten Frust, ist das Brunnenwasser. Laut Vermieter sauber und zum Kochen nutzbar, jedoch kein Trinkwasser. Also musste erstmal reichlich stilles Wasser in Trinkflaschen gekauft werden. Der hohe Eisenanteil des Brunnenwasser färbt dieses Braun, schmeckt grässlich und hinterlässt überall seine Spuren: Im WC, im Waschbecken, in der Dusche, Spülmaschine.... Überall wirkt es "rostig" und schmuddelig. UND: Nach nur 3 Duschgängen färbten sich die blonden Haare unserer Frauen (was übrigens auch 2 Wochen nach Beendigung des Urlaub immer noch anhält) rötlich-braun. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wuschen wir die Haare nur noch im See. Noch viel ärgerlicher: Sämtliche hellen Kleidungsstücke, die in der Waschmaschine gewaschen wurden, können wir nun der Kleidersammlung zuführen: Alles nach nur einem Waschgang im Haus unwiderruflich verfärbt und auch mit Gallseife, Neutralseife oder Fleckenentferner nicht mehr schön zu bekommen. Ein Hinweis auf die schlechte Qualität des Wasser hätte uns im Vorfeld viel Ärger erspart.

Ud fra billederne havde vi en forventning om udsigt til sø. Huset lå nede på en lukket vej, uden udsigt. Vi havde ikke fået internetforbindelse og opkald til det angivne tlf. nr. var uden resultat. Huset var ok, men den samlede oplevelse var skuffende.
