This cosy studio for 4 is ideal to kick back and enjoy a peaceful vacation with loved ones, especially small families. Located on the first floor, the retreat is tucked away in a residential complex with a shared pool and a ping pong table for enjoyment, as well as, a private apartment dining for relaxing intimate moments together.

Inside, with air conditioning and heating, the apartment offers year-round comfy stays. Its bright and contemporary characteristics are well complemented by a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, fridge and microwave, which allows you to conveniently prepare delicious homemade meals and dine-in.

The apartment also offers access to shared laundry facilities for convenient longer stays.

Sleeping

The studio has a double bed and a French sofa bed for sleeping.
Please note that the sofa bed is only suitable for children.

Please note: From 12.30 - 14.00 silence is requested. Rules can be read next to the pool. No opening dates for the pool depend on the weather when opening and when closing.
Paid public parking is available just 50 metres from the house on the square, Viale Filippo Reina.

The washing machine is in the basement. All usage rules are described next to the machine and there is no time schedule.

With restaurants and the Agno train station located just a few steps away, this holiday apartment offers a very convenient self-catering base for exploration. Begin your journey at the picturesque shores of Lake Lugano (with Lido di Agno), just a 10-minute stroll away. A short walk in the opposite direction will lead you to the historic heart of Agno, with its quaint streets and local cafes.

For those willing to venture a bit further, a quick 5-minute drive brings you to Zoo al Maglio and a 15-minute drive brings you to the foot of San Salvatore, where you can embark on a scenic hike with panoramic views over Lake Lugano. Meanwhile, for lovers of literature, the Nobel-prize-winning author Hermann Hesse’s Home Museum is a 10-minute drive from here. Explore Swiss heritage at the Swissminiatur and the prettiest village in Switzerland, Morcote, just a 15-minute drive away, or discover the lovely city of Lugano in 20 minutes by car.

Milan Malpensa is the nearest international airport, approximately a 1 hour and 10 minutes drive. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
