Villa San Juan is a welcoming holiday home in Carvoeiro, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and relaxing moments near the sea.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, offering an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and meals, with direct access to the outdoor area.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds en suite with a shower, a double bedroom en suite with a shower, and a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathtub, providing extra privacy and comfort.



On the lower level there is a games area with a snooker table and table tennis, ideal for entertainment for both adults and children.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing a functional space for preparing meals, with convenient access to the outdoor area.



Outside, the property features a large private pool, heatable pool (additional cost), a generous garden, a dining area with BBQ, a games area, and parking space for one car, perfect for sunny days and social moments.



Located in a quiet residential area near the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and Carvoeiro Beach.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 9 guests

From the 10th to the 13th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
