- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, fridge, induction hob, microwave and oven..
Necessary breakfast equipment: nespresso coffee machine, blinder, kettle, toaster, sodastream.

- a living/dining room with a large table for 6 people, sofa and television.
- A separate toilet on the ground floor

Two bathrooms on the ground floor:
- A bathroom with shower
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet

Two bedrooms on the ground floor:
- First parental bedroom with a double bed (180x200)
- Second bedroom with a bed (140x200)
- A large convertible sofa (160x200)
