Welcome to La maison les sables d'or, a perfect place to relax and discover Sologne.
This charming house has two bedrooms and a large garden.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and a fireplace.
Our home is perfect for families, couples or friends looking to relax in a peaceful setting.

It is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:

- a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, gas hob, microwave and oven, and a beer dispenser with dining area.
Necessary breakfast equipment: nespresso capsule coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster

- a living room with electric adjustable sofa, fireplace with insert and television
- a dining area with table for 8 people and necessary raclette and fondue set
- A separate toilet on the ground floor
- A bathroom with shower on the ground floor
- A veranda with pool table

First bedroom on the ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- a television
- Storage space

On the 1st floor:

Second bedroom upstairs:
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Storage space
- A relaxation area upstairs.

Outside:
- A large 5,000 m2 garden with table tennis table, barbecue, table with 6 chairs and 6 deckchairs
