Country house of absolute calm, at the crossroads of two rural roads in the heart of the Sologne des Étangs, ideally located in the heart of nature. You will discover the animals of the forest while staying 2 km from a village with all the necessary shops. (supermarket, fuel 24/24, bakery, wine shop, bar, restaurant, pharmacy and health center).
The house comprises on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace (insert), a dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 90X190 single bed with dressing room, a walk-in shower room, separate WC.
upstairs: a hallway, a double bedroom 160X200 and a bedroom with two single beds 90X190.
Outside, a garden in the heart of nature with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Clear view of the forest.

A l’arrivée notre hôte nous attendait, très accueillante et souriante.Madame G. nous a fait visiter cette magnifique petite maison restaurée et meublée avec goût ; On s’y est senti très bien immédiatement. La literie est impeccable. Située en pleine campagne, entourée de belles forêts, elle offre un dépaysement total. Nous avons admiré chevreuils et faisans. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.

Idéal pour les compétitions au parc fédéral équestre. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée.Nous avons apprécié 1) la proximité du parc2) le congélateur et réfrigérateur suffisamment grand3) la grande table du séjour et les chaises confortables et solides (cela devient rare avec les équipements bon marché de plus en plus répandus)4) les chambres spacieuses 6) l’accès au chauffage les jours où nous sommes rentrés trempés jusqu’au os.7) la maison très fraîche les jours de grosse chaleur 8) l’environnement en pleine nature qui permet de récupérer après une journée passée dans la foule et la poussière (terrain immense)7) les arbres à l’arrière du terrain pour se reposer à l’ombre l’après-midi 8) l’accueil et les petits cadeaux de la propriétaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location en Sologne. Le logement est très agréable, très propre, bien équipé et confortable.L'environnement est calme, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. Notre séjour dans la maison de Catherine fut parfait à tous les niveaux:- La maison est très bien équipée, propre et décorée avec goût. Elle est cosy, authentique et confortable. Un beau week-end automnal

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au coin du feu. La maison est très agréable pour se reposer. Beaucoup de balades sont possibles au départ de la maison. Celle ci est par ailleurs très fonctionnelle et la cuisine bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très arrangeants. Ils ont eu de délicates attentions pour nos enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Située au milieu des forêts et à proximité immédiate d'un réseau d'étangs avec une riche flore et une avifaune intéressante, cette maison est un havre de calme et de nature. Découvrir la nature à vélo par la multitude de sentiers forestiers, observer un castor, un héron pourpre... ou alors apprécier la qualité des restaurants recommandés par la propriétaire des lieux: tout a été parfait. Quitter la ville pour se retrouver au cœur d'une belle forêt, dans une jolie maison décorée avec goût. Les vélos, les randos vous attendent au pied de la maison. Le calme, l'isolement, la fraîcheur apportée par les arbres dans un épisode caniculaire permettent un lâcher prise t une remise en forme très salutaires.

Sehr Idylillisch!

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern sehr schöne Tage im Loiretal und in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön mitten im Wald, aber man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten in der nächsten Ortschaft, wo es auch einen Supermarkt gibt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und spricht auch englisch. Die bekannten Schlösser sind alle gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Chambord sollte man unbedingt besuchen. Auch kann man noch viele andere Aktivitäten unternehmen, z.B. Räder ausleihen und die vielen Radwege entdecken an der Loire und Umgebung und Orleans, Blois besuchen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur sucht und gleichzeitig am Tag was unternehmen möchte ist mit dem Ferienhaus genau richtig.

Deze heel mooie en alleenstaande vakantiewoning overvalt je door de rust en stilte. De communicatie met de gastvrouw verloopt vlekkeloos, persoonlijk en heel enthousiast. Alles is netjes en verzorgd. Ik kan deze woning aanbevelen voor reizigers op zoek naar natuur en kalmte. Wij genoten enorm van onze week. Een absolute aanrader!

Erholung in einem gemütlichen Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Natur

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie in der Anzeige und den Bewertungen beschrieben, gut ausgestattet, idyllisch gelegen und absolut empfehlenswert. Einige bekannte und weniger bekannte Schlösser und Ausflugsziele (Zoo) sind in gut erreichbarer Nähe, ein Supermarkt und andere Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten befinden sich in rund 3 km Entfernung. In dem weitläufigen Garten und den sich anschließenden Feldern/Wäldern konnten wir Fasane, Hasen, Rehe und viele andere Vögel aus nächster Nähe sehen und gleichzeitig die Ruhe genießen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
