About this property

Country house of absolute calm, at the crossroads of two rural roads in the heart of the Sologne des Étangs, ideally located in the heart of nature. You will discover the animals of the forest while staying 2 km from a village with all the necessary shops. (supermarket, fuel 24/24, bakery, wine shop, bar, restaurant, pharmacy and health center).
The house comprises on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace (insert), a dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 90X190 single bed with dressing room, a walk-in shower room, separate WC.
upstairs: a hallway, a double bedroom 160X200 and a bedroom with two single beds 90X190.
Outside, a garden in the heart of nature with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Clear view of the forest.

Très beau gîte en Sologne

Très belle maison au cœur de la Sologne des étangs. Calme absolu et accès facile. Proximité des châteaux de la Loire. Accueil très chaleureux.

Un havre de calme et de nature

Située au milieu des forêts et à proximité immédiate d'un réseau d'étangs avec une riche flore et une avifaune intéressante, cette maison est un havre de calme et de nature. Découvrir la nature à vélo par la multitude de sentiers forestiers, observer un castor, un héron pourpre... ou alors apprécier la qualité des restaurants recommandés par la propriétaire des lieux: tout a été parfait. Une maison et des alentours pour se ressourcer...

Décompression, bien être dans un milieu ressourçant.

Quitter la ville pour se retrouver au cœur d'une belle forêt, dans une jolie maison décorée avec goût. Les vélos, les randos vous attendent au pied de la maison. Le calme, l'isolement, la fraîcheur apportée par les arbres dans un épisode caniculaire permettent un lâcher prise t une remise en forme très salutaires.
